Our jewelry materials - waterproof & allergy-friendly

DJADEE jewelery stands for longevity and high quality. The jewelery materials we use are not only allergy-friendly, they also retain their color when they come into regular contact with water.

Our jewelry is made of 316L stainless steel or brass (main metal) and plated with 18 or 24k gold.

Our gilding

Our jewelry is gold plated using a high frequency pulse (HFP) process.

The result is a very durable, high-quality 24 carat (999 fine gold) or 18 carat (750 gold) gold plating.

The HFP process is the highest standard in coating technology. Optimal layer thicknesses are created with this coating system. The gold is applied extremely evenly to the surface and adheres absolutely firmly. This gold plating is of very high quality because it is hard gold plating and real gold (999 fine gold) with 24 carats or (750 fine gold) with 18 carats is used. The jewelry requires minimal care and will delight its owner for a long time. During sports, showering and swimming, the jewelry does not lose its color and remains durable.

Benefits of our gilding

  • High resistance and longevity
  • Anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation
  • tarnish resistance
  • Color and shine like real gold
  • Good alternative to real gold jewellery
  • Minimal care

How long does this gold coating last?

Our gold plating is state-of-the-art and particularly durable. The gold is firmly and inseparably connected to the surface, so that peeling, blistering, etc. is impossible. Since it is a hard gold plating, it can withstand heavy use and also a long wearing time.

It depends on how the wearer treats the piece of jewelry and how well the care instructions are implemented.

Can I go into the sea with DJADEE jewelry?

With DJDEE jewelry you can go swimming in the sea without hesitation. While it's always better to remove jewelry before swimming in salt water, our fabric is tough enough to withstand the salt. To ensure that your jewelry shines and shines for a long time, you should wash it with fresh water after swimming in the sea to remove salt residue.

Can I go in the pool with the jewelry?

The chlorine contained in pool water can attack and damage your jewelry. However, small amounts of chlorine, such as those found in the water of thermal baths and private pools, do not affect your jewelry. You can keep your jewelery on if you wash it off afterwards with chlorine-free water.

Other jewelry materials

Some of our jewelry is also decorated with pearls or stones. These are genuine freshwater pearls and zirconia stones in various colors and shapes.

Our freshwater pearls are characterized by their natural, irregular shape, which is why each pearl is unique. Necklaces, bracelets and earrings are decorated with these beads. Freshwater pearls can be worn in water, and they don't mind salt water either, but they can lose their luster a little with regular contact with water. Freshwater pearls should be well protected from chlorine, as this can attack the mother-of-pearl surface. It is therefore better to take off pearl jewelery in the swimming pool.

Zirconia are synthetic crystals made from zirconium oxide. They resemble real diamonds in appearance and radiance. Zirconia stones are available in different colors, but colorless zirconia are used particularly frequently. Jewelery set with zirconia stones is also waterproof, since water cannot harm the stones.
